Event Spaces
PECO Primate Reserve
With engaging exhibits and a versatile layout, this venue offers endless opportunities for your custom event. Guests will dine amongst great apes and spirited small primates, including majestic silverback gorillas and frolicking lemurs. And in fair weather, the venue’s boardwalk entry makes for a welcoming cocktail hour location. PECO Primate Reserve is truly like no other venue in the city.

Rare Animal Conservation Center
The Rare Animal Conservation Center is home to some of the Zoo’s most exotic and endangered animals and is one of the Zoo’s most popular event venues.
Capacity: 300 cocktail reception, 200 seated
Impala Plaza
Adjacent to the Conservation Center, Impala Plaza features a grand fountain with a backdrop of mature trees and is surrounded by Zoo360® animal trails.

KidZooU!
Delight kids of all ages at your next celebration at KidZooU! This LEED Gold-certified building has incredible indoor galleries and gorgeous outdoor vistas housing heritage breeds of mini horses, goats, lambs, and many more. This is the perfect venue for hosting a “green event” and highlighting your dedication to conservation!

Big Cat Falls
Big Cat Falls is home to big cats from around the world, including beautiful African lions, snow leopards and rare Amur tigers. This indoor/outdoor exhibit is perfect for a strolling cocktail hour or an intimate seated dinner during warmer months.
This venue is only available May through September.

McNeil Avian Center
Birds of a feather party together. The neoclassical Bird House features an original historical façade, countered by a state-of-the-art interior filled with colorful exhibits full of sights and sounds.
Step outside onto McNeil Plaza and continue the soiree overlooking beautiful vistas of Bird Lake.
