Lancer Hospitality has a 30+ year history in the food service and catering business.

Lancer Hospitality is owned by company founder Glenn Baron and Steve Craver. Mr. Baron and Mr. Craver have been friends since junior high school and business partners since 1979. Their first enterprise together was creating and running Blue Bell Enterprises, an ice cream vending company that at one time included 125 ice cream trucks. While the two no longer own ice cream trucks, their business has grown to include retail food and beverage service in college and corporate cafeterias, K-12 schools and large public attractions.
